Welcome, The Party Coordinator is owned by Kelly Reim-Smith owner of K. Reim Photography. She along with her staff have been coordinating weddings for over 11 years.
Wedding planning is one of the the first major decisions a couple will make in their life together. We strive to achieve the dream in which you have place upon your wedding day. Our services include, assisting with selecting wedding providers, wedding day checklist, wedding day and ceremony timelines, wedding and rehearsal directing and wedding/reception decorating.

* Choose your attendants carefully, for each bridesmaid you will need a groomsmen, this means one bouquet, one boutineer, 2 gifts, 4 for rehearsal dinner and 4 for wedding dinner (each will bring a date). For each bridesmaid it's going to cost you. * Plan your guest list before planning your wedding and reception venues to assure enough room for all your family and friends.* Select and place deposits for all wedding service providers prior to the end of the year as this is usually when they raise their prices.
